Tax Deed Sales
Government tax sales in Oklahoma
include both tax liens and tax
deeds. Lien sales are held in
October and deed sales are held
the second Monday in June.
Oklahoma has what is referred to
as a tax resale from when the
counties acquire tax
certificates not redeemed or
sold during the lien sales.
The minimum bid on the tax deed
properties is the taxes,
penalties and costs incurred by
the county.
