Oregon tax deed sales are
conducted by County
Sheriffs. The sales are known as
Sheriff's Sale of Surplus County
Owned Property.
Registration is usually required
prior to the sale, so be sure to
plan ahead and contact the
county. Property
management departments usually
have the lists of properties.
One down side of investing in
Oregon is that the minimum bids
are often set at about 80
percent of the assessed value.
