Utah Tax Deed Sales

Property tax sales in Utah are conducted in May in what is referred to as the Final May Tax Sale Listing. Owners are given four years to redeem their delinquent property taxes.

The Final May Tax Sale allows for individuals to purchase properties in one of nine different ways, which are described in the Utah Statutes. The most popular method is by highest bid at a sale.
